Varian® OEM Agreement to Lapse

As a consequence of the deal struck with Waters® the OEM agreement with Varian® to supply "Fusion AE for Galaxie" will be allowed to lapse on the 28th March 2010.

Continued support and upgrades will be available to existing Fusion AE for Galaxie users from CI Informatics or S-Matrix.

 

Waters® Deal Agreed

Waters® have become the exclusive distributor for the Fusion Method Development module. Consequently this product will now only be available from Waters® for use with Empower® 2.

Existing Fusion Method Developement customers are uneffected and continue to receive support, upgrades and additional licenses as required.

 

New Partnership

CI Informatics are proud to announce a new partnership with German software development company iCD.
CI Informatics will act as iCD's UK Partner and bring their world class LIMs system "Labs/Q" and Validation Document system "Validat" to the UK market.
 
Academic Collaboration
CI Informatics is very pleased to announce a new collaborative effort with a leading research group in the Department of Pharmacy and Pharmacology at the University of Bath. The collaboration will focus on the application of Quality by Design principles to Inhalation Device Design and Inhaled Drug Formulation.

 
Patent Granted

On October 20, 2009 S-Matrix was awarded the following patent:

 

U.S. Patent No. US 7,606,685 B2 – Title “Method and System that Optimizes Mean Process Performance and Process Robustness”.

 

The technology described in this patent has been implemented in the Fusion AE Method Development product, as the "Robustness Simulator".
